The purpose of this deposit is to ensure the Purchaser's intent to buy the kitten named herein. This kitten is being held for the Purchaser and will not be sold to another buyer unless the Purchaser indicates in writing that he/she has changed his/her mind about the purchase and releases the kitten to be sold to another buyer. Any breach of contract, whether verbal, written or through neglect or avoidance to communicate on the Purchaser's part can jeopardize the chance of finding a suitable home for a cat or kitten as quickly as possible. Therefore; if the Purchaser changes his/her mind about purchasing this kitten for any reason , the DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. The purchaser may pick a kitten from another litter.

This deposit agreement also serves as a guarantee for the amount of the deposit. The deposit will be refunded to the Purchaser in full if the Seller fails to make above said kitten available to the Purchaser. However, the Seller reserves the right to offer a replacement kitten and purchaser reserves the right to accept or decline. If this is a pre-birth deposit agreement, the Seller has up to one year to produce a kitten to the specifications of the Buyer. Buyer understands that there may be events beyond the Seller's control, and the best interest of the cats must be considered at all times. Kittens are ready to go anywhere from 10 to12 weeks of age solely at the Sellers discretion.
